Why does my browser flag the download?
DAT Expert is a new, specialized internal application. Because it doesn't currently possess a commercial Microsoft EV Code Signing Certificate, Chrome and Windows SmartScreen automatically flag it as "Not commonly downloaded". This is a standard False Positive for custom enterprise software. The app is entirely safe.
